SUMMARY: The authors report on the evaluation of adipose tissue grafts, including clinicai and experimental aspects. The methods of harvesting, treatment and injection of this type of graft are elucidated. The detrimental effect of physiological solutions on cellular membranes and the local inflammatory reaction of the receptor tissues are discussed.
